Today I am playing the drums in a band called M01E. Jerome has gathered together, friends who like to play music together. Kit on Bass and Emerson on Guitar with cool pedal. We follow Jerome’s good heart. His peace, his sound. Building and growing together. From the deepest corners of your closest parking garage, breaking the barrier between stage and audience. Music is for all. Thank you Jerome for sharing this joy of music. Thank you Kit and Emerson for being along with me, in arms and spirit, in these fun times. It is joy to be able to express myself with friends, learning from each other, listening to each other. Music Music Music. Thanks again for showing me the way.

2021 – forever sway into balance. a divided creation. a higherpower existing as a fractal of higherpower. spirit is within us. in the depths of humanity is divinity of expression. in breath ice melts and air grows warm. feeling outside myself. in vibrations i am present. in the spirits of those who i share these moments with, i feel magic. a thunder of emotion. as i float slowly on this slight breeze, we find peace in whats beyond. not the stars or moon or into forever sleep. but sounds are to be made. all there is what is in front me. i thank the people who with i share the forever growth of creation. i thank mother nature for our creation. i thank father space for what we can create. feeling as myself. ego is outside existence. patience my friend as we follow the flow of things
