Early September 2022. A close friend of mine passed away in a rock climbing accident. I reached out to Kirk to plead for an emergency jam sesh. Late at night I brought my drum kit to the parking garage. Through the following sounds grief was digested. New love was found through celebration of life. Thank you Kirk for being not only the best of creative partners, but the best of friends. I tried my best to organize this session into songs, but to me the moments in between music are the most important.
