in this short video series, victor, oliver and luca interview munich local bands. i was behind the camera, editing the videos. together we drift through genres of powerviolence, jazz, afro-futuristic-punk, folk and more; learning something new everywhere we go.

Red Gate TV presents an archive of the music and identity of artists living in “Vancouver British Columbia*.” The ancestral, traditional and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and səlilwətaɬ people.
*DIY. “Do It Yourself.” The goal of this project is to give exposure to the talent and wisdom of our friends, fighting to create their art in an unwelcoming city. Nine episodes exploring topics of: the lore of Vancouver bore, organization of DIY spaces, moshing, what it means to be an “accepting” community, diversity of local art, financial barriers, lack of creative spaces, putting yourself out there, and finding your place in an underground society of artists who need you.
